What we collect
When you request an appointment, you share your name, phone number, and the service, date and time you would like. We do not ask for your email.
Why we use it
We use this information only to manage your request, confirm the appointment with you and send internal notices to reception. We do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Your data is processed by Soberana Beauty Concept with technical support from Supabase (database, hosted in the EU when configured) and Resend (internal emails to reception). The WhatsApp message is sent by you and is subject to WhatsApp’s terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed to manage appointments. The final retention period will be set by Soberana management.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data under the GDPR by contacting us on the phone number below.
